  This is my favorite vanilla extract—non-alcoholic, organic, and reliably good. It’s not fancy or over-the-top, but it works beautifully in baking, smoothies, and even coffee. I especially appreciate that it’s alcohol-free, which can be surprisingly hard to find. Since my grocery store doesn’t stock anything like this, it’s absolutely worth ordering.
