  Works perfectly with the Pro-ject Essential II, which if previous reviews are any indication, is why most people are buying this in the first place. Some people have complained that they can hear some background noise with this, but I never had that problem. The sound is perfectly clean and crisp.
  
  If you do happen to have problems with the background noise, grounding out the ground on the Pyle-Pro to an outlet will apparently fix the problem as well. Like I said, I never had this problem but I thought it was worth mentioning in case you did.
