  Ah my feet were so not use to this so I find the longer I stand on it it gets good maybe it's the water it was dry , I got 2 but you can only do one , the suction is good, remember wet sticks lol but I used it at the neck laying in the tub so just tht it is awesome love this it's a perfect gift to give someone tht won't forget it . Oh it comes with hooks there is a backing tht comes off that seems to be stick well....
