Three settings gives some variety for weather and proximity changes. Highest setting has a good airflow- if you鈥檙e looking for something with extreme potential airflow I鈥檇 go for a bit higher quality. I don鈥檛 have need for anything too intense. Not too noisy, light metallic whooshing that I can hear from a couple bedrooms away but consistent and light enough that I can work beside it without being bothered. Both aesthetically and functionally pleasing- hopefully lasts and maintains well but as I have only had it for a short period I cannot attest to length of use.
