  I have a 45 inch flat screen (Plasma type ie very heavy) and with its original stand it was not high enough to accommodate a speaker bar or PVR under it. This stand comes with all hardware and tools needed to assemble it and to attach it to the TV. Its strong and well balanced, and looks good in basic black.
