  TLDR;
  Decent software, probably a step above big brands like Fitbit software wise. Easy returns, good customer service. Low quality heart monitor (much worse then fitbit), ended up returning because I'm looking for an accurate fitness tracker.
  
  Don't be fooled by the "discount", that's the regular price. Heart rate monitor isn't super accurate, if you want it for good heart monitoring during workouts don't buy this. The software behind the watch is actually pretty good, and the customer service is good. If I were to suggest something to the watch makers, make the default setting for bluetooth audio to be off - it's very strange when you start running a youtube video on your phone and the sound comes from the watch!?! There is a setting in the settings portion of the watch, kinda non-decrepit that fixes this issue, but if you're not tech savy, people are easily going to miss it (and based off some negative reviews, this seems to be the case with a few people).
