- Reviewed in Canada on February 18, 2025Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son even though I was 99% sure this thing would not be durable but it was 28 bucks. My son may have used it three or four times playing Minecraft before it started acting up, first the volume went, then the keyboard started acting up, now it will not connect to the console making it completely unusable. To the company's credit they reached out to me, apologized for my inconvenience and provided a full refund, ymmv but I would purchase from them again for their excellent customer service.
