  These are the perfect size to make egg patties.
  
  Just scramble up some eggs and carefully pour in (4 eggs filled up 6 "patties") and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  
  You can use to make breakfast sandwiches.
  
  Love that they are so easy to clean.
