  I usually get an upset stomach when taking multivitamins. I went through my first bottle and ran out and was getting run down. I reordered and I quickly picked up again once I started taking them. At first I thought they are too expensive but then what price will I put on my health and well being. I have energy for the day and clarity of mind with this product. I am almost 65 and won't use anything else now.
