  I love this piece. Fantastic for soups and purees, I also made it make a Pashka (fresh cheese Easter mold) and it was the perfect tool for that! The stand is removable (great) but the handle is not (that would have made it easier for storage). Overall, well made, sturdy and very useful! Arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
