    Perfect for strengthening my bread flour for high hydration sourdough bread. A couple TBS. is all that鈥檚 needed. Canadian bread flour isn鈥檛 much stronger than all purpose. Not nearly enough to produce the gluten needed for 75% hydration dough. Very happy with this purchase!
