  The media could not be loaded.

  (Edited: I contacted OSEE directly, and the support team was able to help me with the exchange process, and it was resolved relatively quickly! - New item is working as it should out of the box. Will continue diving into the functionalities and go from there.)
  
  I was excited to have found a sale on Prime Days for this monitor!
  
  Until I opened the package, rigged it, and noticed it was REALLY dim. I had to turn all my lights out to be able to record the video provided. As I tried to move the slider controlling the backlight, the screen's brightness wouldn't change at all. I'm very disappointed. Just to save a couple of bucks, I get sent this.
