  I have to say I was disappointed when I dropped my glass blender I’ve had for yrs. I was a bit disappointed that this blender was made of plastic but surprisingly works very well. I can purée vegetables easily in one shot and I don’t have to worry about holding the lid down as the lid locks in place. My old blender I had to blend in multiple portions, this one does it all in one and saves me a lot of time. It’s quite powerful and I’m very happy with the purchase.
