    You have to deal with Spectrum home Appliances for the warranty. My bagel function stopped working. This is their reply. Thank you for contacting our consumer service.

    We have determined that your unit is under warranty and a replacement order has been entered for you. In order to receive your replacement unit, please do the following:

    DO NOT MAIL THE ENTIRE UNIT.

    鈥 Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and cut the line cord using a pair of scissors. (We would require the plug with about 2-3 inches of cord attached).

    鈥 Email us back with a picture showing that the cord has been cut from the unit. The picture will need to be in PDF/JPG format.

    鈥 Please ensure the date code stamped into the prong of the plug is visible in the image.

    鈥 Mail a $6.00 check or money order made payable to Empower Brands Canada to cover the Shipping and Handling of your replacement unit.

    鈥 Please be sure to include your transaction ID number

    鈥 Upon our receipt of these requirements the replacement unit will be shipped to you.
