One star to grab attention- I've heard nothing but great things however I have yet to try it. After reading on RadioLinks own website that DumboRC is a direct subsidiary and that both the DumboRC X6 Transmitter and this R6FG Receicer work on the same FHSS protocols, I felt confident that they would bind without issue. However this is not the case. The X6 Transmitter does have a USB connection on the back so I am hoping there is a firmware update for the transmitter that I can utilize to have it bind with the receiver.
On a side note the packaging says V3 but the receiver itself says V4 on the sticker. Maybe someone could elaborate.
I have emailed and FaceBook messaged both companies.
I will be back to edit this one star review once I hear from either DumboRC or RadioLink. Again, this is probably my mistake and now I'm hoping they have a file I can upload to the X6 transmitter to make it compatible with the R6FG receiver- perhaps broaden the FHSS protocols? I don't know.
EDIT! Yea that was my fault, the band isn't wide enough. I ordered the 4ch Transmitter. GREAT sensitive gyro in this receiver, lots of adjustment to fine tune. Impressed for the price!
