  I haven’t made many cakes since moving to my new home several years ago. Anytime I tried never baked nicely. Either burning on the bottom or not rising fully. Decided to try a new pan. I made a golden chiffon cake. Came out fluffy, fully cooked and evenly baked. I have to credit the pan!! Fantastic.
