I had a few small problems the disk wouldn't install for some odd reason, it put up a window saying something about it not working. So I went to their easy to navigate site and downloaded the drivers. Then I ran across the second problem. On the easy access card it says to install the drivers before hooking it up. It didn't work but once again I checked out their easy to access site and the FAQ says to hook up first then install the drivers. So I uninstalled the drivers hooked it up and reinstalled the drivers and it worked great. I dropped them an email about another small problem I had with getting my system to play my surround and they responded promptly with a diagram. So the few minor hickups to start were not a problem as the device works great and I'd recommend it. It will do 7.1 or 5.1. Others I seen would only do 5.1 or cost much more. I only have 5.1 but if ever I expand down the road I can keep the same Adapter.
