  I LOVE inulin and have been searching for a good quality, Canadian product that’s not overpriced and over-marketed. This is an amazing product. Dissolves so quick in my morning coffee and has 0 taste. I put two big tablespoons in my coffee every morning - this has awesome health and weight loss benefits (I’m 3 mo PP) and keeps you regular and helps with gut health, if nothing else! Highly recommend.
