  - CoQ10, or coenzyme Q10, is a compound naturally produced by the body that plays a role in the cellular energy system within the mitochondria. Although the body does synthesize it, it is also a popular supplement because the body may not produce enough, especially for older people.
  
  - This product provides 200 mg of ubiquinone, which is the oxidized form of CoQ10. Ubiquinone is not as bioavailable as ubiquinol, the reduced/active form, but often comes in a higher dosage to compensate. 200 mg is a fairly standard dosage that should be effective.
  
  - The capsules are pretty easy to swallow. I also didn't notice any unpleasant aftertaste or negative side effects.
  
  - The NPN registration number on the bottle is 80128293 and checks out as active and valid. It is registered to "Nutrium Health Products Inc. / Just Collagen / Just Glow".
  
  - My bottle expires in Feb. 2027, which is about 2 years and 10 months from when I received it.
