It is not possible to objectively evaluate the benefits or the efficacy of supplements through ordinary home use; so, I will not get into this product's effectiveness, but you can search the Internet for the benefits of coenzyme Q10 in general. It comes in the form of capsules with an interesting color. You can see a size comparison in the photo with a capsule of this product on the left and a One-A-Day tablet on the right. The capsule forms are usually much easier to swallow than tablet forms. It does not have any smells or aftertaste during use. There is a very slight smell inside of the bottle, it is only noticeable if you specifically check and it is definitely not a disturbing one. The bottle has "owned and operated" logo for Canada and a "proudly Canadian" logo on the bottle; however, there is no explicit information about where they were manufactured. The product web page indicates that it was manufactured in Canada. It has an NPN number (Natural Product Number) that confirms it was licensed in November 2023. Coenzyme-Q10 is known to be a good antioxidant. The warnings on the bottle are for those that are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as those who are taking blood pressure medication or blood thinners. This Just Glow Naturally: Coenzyme Q10 200mg - 120 Capsules is made of very high quality, pure natural ingredients. It features 200mg of CoQ10 (Ubiquinone), is non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, and made in Canada in a GMP facility to the strictest quality standards.
This Coenzyme Q10 supplement is made by Just Glow which is a known and trusted company, and I use a lot of their products.
These Coenzyme Q10 capsules are very easy to swallow, and have no noticeable taste. I take the once daily dose of one capsule and have not experienced any adverse reactions.
I really like that you get a four month supply of this supplement, it is great value for money. It works very well for me, so I am glad to have it on hand.
I highly recommend this product.

In the past I took several other supplements from Just Glow, which I came to respect for the quality in general.
Now I am trying Q10 which I am only familiar with from face lotions, where it is used as an anti aging ingredient.
Apparently as we grow older the natural levels of Coenzyme Q10 decrease, so for some people it is good to supplement; according to Mayo Clinic Q10 has few to almost none side effects, but it is still good to ask your doctor first.
Coenzyme Q10 appears naturally in some foods such as meat, fish and nuts, none of which I eat very much of.
I am taking Q10 in hopes of decreasing my migraine headaches, because according to the label this might help. Of course that I did not notice the benefits yet, it is too soon to notice, but I also did not have any kind of distress or disturbances so I am very hopeful about this supplement.
It is well packed, well labeled and professional and a very good value (compared to what I have seen in my local stores) ; the jar gives 120 capsules which is a lot, because basically it is sufficient for four month! (Only one capsule per day is needed)
