  The structure is simple. The metal is polished. Easy to put on and take off. The height adjustment is simple and easy. Where I do not have much of a gap to fill between the mounted len and the mounting rods, I do put on long lenses and they need to be stabilized on the mount. Using a three point support not only takes the pressure off the lens mount of the body but also helps to maintain a rigid structure. This is important especially when it needs to be moved around a bit ( from one mounting to the other ). I'm glad that I've made this investment and will keep it for long time use.
