  First of all the price on-line was $50.oo less than the exact same model at Canadian Tire.
  It arrived on time and in good condition. I had reviewed deep fryers and this one seemed to be very well liked.
  It is a great unit with plenty of room for a full load of fries and heats up in less than 15 min.
  I have not had any problems with the magnetic cord as others have mentioned, but then the unit sits close to a plug
  and is never moved while hot. I also find it helpful to place it on a cookie sheet to keep the counter cleaner.
  The timer does not need to be on for the unit to heat up. A complaint I read about some other units.
  I like that the handle detaches for easier storage and the unit is easy to take apart and clean or empty.
  We would definitely recommend it.
