I'm not one to serve instant mashed potatoes but I then remembered how my Father had a big box of these he used to thicken soups. I made myself a serving years ago and was surprised at how delicious these are. I suppose I was thinking about how to thicken my homemade carrot ginger soup then I remembered these potatoes. I haven't made my soup yet because I've been devouring these potatoes on their own. I'm so happy that I remembered these but even happier that I could buy them on 鶹. Bonus points for arriving a day earlier than scheduled. Edit: I must really love these because I'm on my 3rd box! I used some to thicken my homemade soup but for the most part, I've been devouring these as is. Yes, they're expensive but I can't buy these anywhere else. Perhaps I'll check for them next time I cross the border into Buffalo for a grocery haul.
