- Reviewed in Canada on May 10, 2024I got the Magnesium Bis-Glycinate supplements from the same brand and these Vitamin B complex, and took them every morning with my other meds, but had to stop before seeing any improvements because the SMELL of these is...awful. I try not to breathe through my nose as I take them but the smell lingers on my hands and anything the capsules touch, and it just makes me gag now. To be fair I am sensitive to smells so other people may be able to deal with that no problem, but I may have to look elsewhere for b complexes because I do need to take them, but I can't risk throwing up every morning!
Wish they could make the capsule 'wrapping' more dense to avoid the stench of the supplement... 馃槶
And fair warning your pee will smell stronger, and look neon yellow, it's the excess vitamins clearing out but still shocked me the first time.
