  As the saying goes, you buy yourself a product and you get what you paid for.
  
  After returning a much cheaper pair of 80mm fans that were annoyingly loud, I learned my lesson and paid the well-deserved premium for two of these Noctuas.
  
  My desktop PC (case is a ThermalTake Core V1) is now much quieter and cooler. I plugged the fans directly into my PSU's molex connectors through an adapter so I can't comment on PWM, but they are whisper quiet at 100% speed and I couldn't be more satisfied.
