- Reviewed in Canada on January 9, 2022I have to come back and applause this game! I saw it was on sale and bought it without doing much of research. I think it's a game from 2018 and honest didn't have high high expectations...until started playing. OMG what a fantastic game!!!! Everything is just super fluent. The swinging through buildings system is just suuuuuuuuuuuuper awesome. You truly feel the freedom zipping around New York as Spiderman. So satisfying. Really this system alone is worth playing the game.
They story line is great too. I believe it's an original story. They game shows/tease about the bosses you going to fight later from very early on. The story line is logical and involving, yet still has good amount of surprise to all these well known characters. The side quests are also fun, not just time extenders. The Taskmaster challenges I still cannot beat...
The only bad/sad part is the ending...I can't stand May's death.... just can't....
