  Pros:
  - lots of functions
  - pretty
  - not too hard to use
  
  Cons:
  - stopped working within 1 month
  
  Customer service was responsive; over several weeks sorted out the issue (that there's a defect in design) and sent me a chepaer replacement with less functions PLUS a partial cash refund. I thought this was reasonable. Costed me extra time and hassle, but at least I have something that works now!
