  We purchased one early sping 2024, unfortunatly there was a problem with manufacturing, we contacted the company, followed their instructions to destroy the original one, and they sent us a replacement.
  Very impressed with how we were treated, great customer service.
  It is thick and stiff when you receive it, but will get softer with time.
