I wouldn't want to drop it, the handle might go flying off but overall this is a really nice piece. The lens is a good practical size. I can easily zoom in and out as I need to. Excellent for looking at small electronic components and electronic devices. Update: My Mother is using it to assemble LEGO flowers. Minty fresh.
