    Regrettably, I had to return this Vivobook to 鶹. It was a beautiful machine with the best OLED screen and illuminated keyboard I have ever seen or used.
    However, adding applications and devices to the Vivobook, problems began. There were problems installing various devices and applications…like Printers, Scanners, and several applications. Some would install but did not work properly.
    The support diagnosis was always: "PROCESSOR IS NOT SUPPORTED".
    This was not good for me. I paid a lot of money for my devices, software and subscribed services. These absolutely need to work.
    I ordered a laptop with a more compatible processor.
