    Very bad experience. I chose to contact the seller before making a review. I got a pop up suggestion to buy protection plan for the luggage case and I said I will give it a try. It was torn after first use and so I called Asurion help three times, every time I need to give every detail of the product then told to wait for 1-2 days again to ask for thr update without given a claim or reference number...In the third trial to call Asurion,they told me luggage cases are not covered and I need to write an email and repeat all the details. Really disappointed.

    If luggage cases not covered, why the pop-up appeared, why you took money from the beginning. I'm asking 鶹 to investigate this ..
    I feel bored, exhausted and gave up. I just need to warn buyers...
