  I was thinking of getting Playseat, but settled for this instead because of space constraints. I was not disappointed, this mount is heavy and sturdy. Pair this with a sturdy bucket chair and you will be good to go. Using this with a Thrustmaster T300
  
  Pros:
  Heavy and sturdy
  Does not slide because of the weight and rubber feet (used on a hardwood floor)
  Folds easily if you mount the pedals accordingly
  Has the screws and bolts you need to mount your wheel
  Comes with a shifter mount
  
  Cons:
  A bit difficult to move around
