  Update, got this on September 14th and by October 8th it is already broken. It starts to inflate and then just clicks off and deflates without giving a reading. Invest in a more higher end unit.

  We've been using it over a week now and it gives accurate readings. We haven't figured out how to store the numbers but that doesn't matter, we have a paper chart we're recording our results in. It's helping us determine trends in our blood pressure, when it's high, when it's low and eating better now as we try to maintain excellent heart health. My only issue with is the band is not very big. I didn't want an upper arm type because I know I have enormous arms but I never thought I had big wrists but apparently I must. This would not fit a lot of men's wrists.
