One Button Operation

The digital blood pressure is fully automatic, just need press one "ON/OFF" button to measure your blood pressure and heart rate. All process just need half minute.

How to get the most accurate reading:

Situating Yourself and the Cuff: 1. Sit still for 5 minutes in a comfortable position. 2.Move any fabric away from your wrist. 3.Put the cuff on snugly with the display on the inside of your wrist. 4.Rest your arm and wrist at heart level.

Taking a Reading:

1.Press the "Power" button. 2.Hit the "Start" button. 3.Use an average of 2 readings. 4. Wait a couple of minutes between readings. 5.Wait 5 minutes for more readings if your blood pressure seems high.

Working on Accuracy:

1. Avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol 30 minutes before taking a reading.

2. Take your reading before you start smoking for the day.

3. Get your reading before any major physical activity.

    This is the second cuff monitor that I have bought. I am so glad that I did. It showed me how poor the quality of the first was (A different brand)
    It feels like I have just had my BP taken with the tightening and then the slow release of air. If I take my meds late it will let me know the accurate measurement.
    I am very happy with this product. It works very well and it gives me confidence that the readings are correct.

    As another reviewer pointed out, the instruction sheet is in microscopic print. What you can read in terms of settings, mode, dates etc is very broken. The LCD is also very dim. But if you just point and shoot, this machine is a good choice.

    The accuracy is good if you take the time to poisition the unit properly. Like all mini-meters, take a few readings a few minutes apart and average them since you are reading from the wrist, which is not the conventional position the medical fraternity uses.

    Bonus for those of us who have corpulent upper arms: this is a great alternative to enduring the tourniquet feeling many upper arm units impart.

    This is so much better than the traditional arm blood pressure monitor. Far less cumbersome and fits very neatly on the wrist. Design is good and it comes in a protective plastic box with two batteries. The monitor is very sturdy and easy to read. There is a handbook if required but I just took a couple of readings and it worked perfectly well. The readings are speedy and easy to see. I would recommend this product. The price is worth it. Batteries are simple to fit.

    I like the comfort of this blood pressure measuring bracelet. However, the instructions are printed in a tiny font and written in a very confusing manner. For example, you are not to overuse the device which can cause injury to the "PATINET." I had to look up this term, thinking it was some anatomical part of the wrist that I'd bever heard of. In fact, they mean PATIENT. I was eventually able to set the time and take my blood pressure, but no other feature.
