We use it on our Dutch Babies (a giant pancake with berries, see pictures) or our oatmeal or making maple flavoured whipped or other creams (see pictures)I use it liberally on our desserts either as a sweetener or topping, obviously in the pairings it works.
I also like the conscious conservation attitude of this particular farm and applaud them. But these efforts would not amount to much if the syrup would not be top tier, which it is.
