  These things are great for lunches for your kiddos or even for adult adults I can put barbeque sauce in them ketchup salad dressing anything that you need a little bit of sauce for they’re great. They’re a good size when you take the lid off so if you ever having it for kids to dip their vegetables in or chicken nuggets or whatever at lunch at school, it’s a perfect size for that, and even though they look small, they hold a good amount of liquid. Haven’t had any problems with leaking or anything yet, I would recommend this product.
