  I bought the Hamilton Beach Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven from warehouse deals and the air fryer basket was missing which means whoever returned this unit stole the air fryer basket, after calling customer support the only option i was given was to return the entire thing, instead of offering a partial refund so I could purchase the missing air fryer basket. So then I tried to phone the manufacturer, there are no humans you can talk to on Hamilton Beach customer support, only a recording telling you to use the website.
  
  Otherwise the Hamilton Beach Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven is a good product, but be aware there's no acceptable form of customer support.
