  I changed my rating from 5 star to 1. Makes good Jam but don't wait to make it, Bought 3 one for me and one for each of my sisters for Christmas. Two were made fairly soon after getting them. The third was not made right away and went bad before the expiry date. The can it came puffed out (the ends rounded). Can't think of a friendly anaerobic bacteria, suppose could make and try a little see if it makes me sick but probably wont. Will try to get credit of new can from amazon but by amazon messages can be delivered to seller as they left amazon store (doesn't seem to be the case) or no longer able to receive e-mails. To me that means they don't like to give anything back once they got it!
  
  I used a cup less sugar on my sister's advice - worked good!
