  These silicone moulds make it so easy to make yogurt popsicles at home. I just spoon yogurt into the moulds, don't use 0% fat or low fast as that time tends to be more crystally. You can use yogurt with fruit in it if you like (I don't because I don't like chunks my popsicles) or get plain and add lemon extract for lemon yogurt popsicles - there are so many variations you can do. 4 hours in the freezer is not enough for yogurt so leave them in overnight and then the next day they remove so easily. I will never go back to the old fashioned plastic moulds again. Pricey but worth it.
