  I'm three briskets, a chicken and a whole mess of chicken thighs into using this unit. So far it has performed flawlessly and has met all my expectations. The wood pucks are a touch expensive for what they are, but having said that I am paying for the convenience of this system so I can't complain. The flavor has been amazing; I've used cherry, apple, hickory and pecan and they have all been amazing. The temp swings a bit on me, my unit is out on my back patio and I live in a wintery country so the wind brings down the temp ten or so degrees occasionally.
  
  This is my third smoker, I wore the other two out and I love it so far. Convenient, easy to clean, and mostly accurate. I won't go back to loose chips!
