My 3.5mm jack has horrible audio quality and this adapter saved my IEMs from being returned BUT the USB connector is loose straight out of the box and makes this horrible loud screeching sound when it gets moved around too much. No other device with a USB connector has this issue and the adapter is loose on all the other USB ports on my computer. Other than this huge issue, the thing works fine.
