- Reviewed in Canada on February 19, 2025If you are ok with the speaker constantly disconnecting and then having to mess around with the app and unplugging all of your equipment to get it going again, this is the speaker for you. I have it plugged into the E Arc HDMI port on my LG TV so I can use my TV remote for volume on the speaker but for some reason it keeps disconnecting and not connecting to the app making it unusable. I鈥檝e read forms online where many people are having the same problem. This speaker is not worth the hassle or frustration. Based on what I鈥檝e read this is a common problem with many Bose sound bars.There are no controls on the soundbar to make adjustment so you have to use the app to access the speaker. The fact that it keeps disconnecting from Wifi makes this impossible to do. I鈥檝e updated the software on the TV and the speaker and the problem still persist.
