  I received the product, charged it as I was excited to use it and then got to work. Within 5 to 10 minutes it started shutting off and after much attempt at a stop and go I realize it was the battery. So, I gave it a full charge again, went back to work and after 5 to 10 minutes, it stopped again. This is nonsense. Are you saying I have to stop every 10 minutes and charge to use?
  
  I have issues (arthritis) and was nervous about using this. It is lightweight and it cuts well when it works.
  
  I plan to give it another try and if it does this stop and go within 10 minutes of use, I will be returning it.
