  Had for one year ok. Have a natural gas furnace, split AC, steam humidifier. Really tried. Contacted support so many times. Hours at this point. They jump on a quick solution for the metrics and then want a survey so you can tell them how great they are. The air quality sensor is garbage. Period. You can have the windows open for hours. Humidity sensor not accurate and the stat operates the humidifier way past the setpoint. Burning dollars. The software must have bugs they can’t find. Erratically changes the setpoint and fan operation for no reason. Programming is not intuitive at all. We gave up and use it manually. The temperature sensor needs calibrating every six weeks when I finally clue in. You need the remote sensor to set next to the thermostat to compare. Not its purpose. If you locate the remote sensor in a room and make it active it will overheat or over cool the rest of the house. Don’t use it activated, it actually reads correctly and is best used as a reporter not a controller. They send a monthly email allegedly showing dollar savings, when I stop laughing I trash it. I research the heck out of stuff and this one fooled me. Wasn’t cheap either.
