  One star off because the first time I only received ONE but!! After I returned and reordered them it was perfect. I Use it to dry clothes in the basement or to dry our bathing suits after the beach / pool. Yes... You have to keep it taught! Otherwise it starts sagging but I Love the clips. It helps to keep it from rolling into each other. perfect for camping trips!
