  This little rice cooker does the job very well if you want to cook a small amount of rice. Suits two people, depending on the amount of rice they have. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy timer, and a surprising bonus, non-stick.
  
  We had a monster of a rice cooker once with many features and settings and a large size, which broke down.. And a pressure cooker, which makes the rice soggy. This one has been good so far.
  
  There are disadvantages, as others have mentioned.. It's really a simple appliance, with a lid that rests on top by itself.. Not a fancy pot with a lid that can be fastened or having many settings and features... It's meant for one purpose and one purpose only.. And the size can get a bit small, if you have big eaters or a large family, and you need to measure the rice carefully.. But overall, works fine for us. No complaints.. Happy with the purchase.
