  The package had some damage so was not impressed by the small dents and scratches, not enough to send back. The smoker does work and I have done peppers and fish. The controls work great and I love the glass door but it does need constant cleaning. My only concern is I have had to use a propane torch each time to get the chips smoking as the electric heater does not do that on its own. But once started smoking seams to work well. I like it but it is not one you can leave on its own.
