  I bought 3 packs and they all looked pretty good. But on opening the first pack, it was already ripped and opened. The next 2 packs were fine. The one thing different was the resealed open pack had a different sticker sku on the sleeve.
  My guess is people are resealing and then returning. Then they look good to resell so they put them back on the pile of stock.
  You gain a star for having a hit 1 one of the packs. Otherwise watch what you open
