- Reviewed in Canada on January 19, 2025I've had it since Feb. 2021 and it stopped working! I loved it, I use it everyday, now today its dead and past the warranty period. Not happy.
I've looked closer and see that the inside where the carafe sits is totally cracked like the insides have expanded from high heat. Since I see other reviews with the same issue that has been addressed positively by BREVILLE, will write to contact them for help鈥.
**** UPDATE down to 1 star for terrible customer service
BREVILLE practically told me to get lost as the Milk Frother as pass its warranty time, they are well aware of this defect, many others has already complained but don鈥檛 bother as the cracks will occued just a little time after your warranty ran out if you do a normal once a day use.
**** STAY AWAY this has TOO SHORT OF A LIFE for the money you will spend!!!! ****
