It seems the company makes a significant effort to keep their products protected for shipping (there's even a little protector so the plug doesn't get bent). It looks great and not cheap and flimsy. The remote looks good and is fully functional.
My old heater that I used to heat my trailer when on shore power recently konked out. I recently tried a couple of new heaters, but those did not meet my standards (e.g., one that supposedly had a thermostat that did not automatically regulate the temperature, and the other just stopped in the middle of the night - not impressed). This one is very quiet, heats well, shuts on/off to regulate the temperature as it should (but does not suddenly completely shut down), and has three temperature settings, wide oscillation, and a further fan-only option (for those hot summer nights). And it was substantially cheaper to buy than the other two that were more limited in functionality. Oh, and the manual actually explains what the "Eco" mode does, and this actually seems useful. It was also set up in metric as a bonus. As one minor request, I liked that my old heater constantly provided the current temperature, and I think it would be good if this could do that too...but no biggee.
As one temporary concern, I received a card to say I could register for a "5 Years Warranty", but when I signed up, my emailed confirmation said 2.5 years. However, I emailed the company, and within 5 hours I received a pleasant reply from Carol (Hesung), an apology, and confirmation of the 5-year warranty. Carol (Hesung) has subsequently been very pleasant, clear in communication, and responsive to any enquiries.
I might be checking out more DREO products! Maybe there will be a DREO recreation vehicle for me in the future. (?) Stay tuned for updates!
